ZARTEKS is a wholesale supplier of Turkish home textiles that sells only to businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through zarteks.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
The data controller is Burak Güzeldere ZARTEKS, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye (tax number 17303246714, Pamukkale Tax Office), with its registered address at İncilipınar Mah., İncilipınar Cad. No: 18/A, 20150 Pamukkale, Denizli, Türkiye.

2. What personal data we collect
We collect only the data you give us when you contact us or place an order request, plus limited technical data needed to run and protect the website.

We do not collect payment card data. Payments are made by bank transfer after we send you an invoice.

Our service providers process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
6. International data transfers
Some of the recipients above are located outside the European Economic Area, including in Turkey, Ukraine and the USA. 7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for.

8. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), a web application firewall, restricted administrative access and regular backups. We will never ask you to change payment details by email; if you receive a message with different bank details, contact us before paying.

You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted when we no longer need it or when you withdraw consent;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you are in the EU and believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
10. Children, changes and contact
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
